Accomplishing a decade of doing business is no small feat!
We've been pedaling through the tough stuff and ripping through the rad times with one common outlook: PMA.
For those unfamiliar with the abbreviation or the artwork, PMA stands for Positive Mental Attitude. Keeping this approach has helped Twotone through the headwinds, setbacks & facepalms. It has helped us savor the tailwinds, beautiful flowy descents & all the fruits of our labor.
10 Years of PMA!
Kike Molares' lightning bolt blasting our office is an homage to Bad Brains' "Banned in DC" album cover from 1982! Here's a clip of Bad Brains performing "Attitude" in 1979!
Some punk rock trivia: Seminal zinester/skatepunk/trans icon Donna Lee Parsons designed the original album artwork. Her label, Rat Cage Records, released the Beastie Boys’ first two EPs, and she signed them at their very first show! The Beastie Boys later paid for Donna's gender-affirming surgery. Rat Cage also released Agnostic Front's Victim in Pain album and many more!
